Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Effective Date: July 2026

Booking Retainer

Your booking retainer is nonrefundable. The retainer amount is specified in your booking agreement and secures your date. It is applied toward your total service price.

Cancellation by Client

If you cancel your booking, the retainer is forfeited. If cancellation occurs after additional payments have been made, refund of those payments (excluding the retainer) will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the notice provided and whether the date can be rebooked.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are accommodated when possible, subject to date availability. One reschedule may be permitted at no additional charge if requested at least 60 days before the original event date. Rescheduling requests made less than 60 days before the event may incur a rescheduling fee. The rescheduled date must fall within 12 months of the original date.

Cancellation by Enphinity Music Group

In the rare event that we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (emergency, illness, force majeure), we will make reasonable efforts to provide a qualified replacement DJ. If no replacement is available, all payments will be refunded in full.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, severe weather, or venue closures.
