Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Enphinity Music Group LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and the client (“you”) regarding entertainment services provided by the Company.

1. Services

Enphinity Music Group provides professional DJ, sound, lighting, live event, and entertainment services for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and other occasions. The specific scope of services for your event is defined in your booking agreement.

2. Booking and Payment

A nonrefundable booking retainer is required to reserve your date. The retainer amount will be specified in your booking agreement and is applied toward your total service price. The remaining balance and its due date will be outlined in your agreement. Failure to pay the remaining balance as agreed may result in cancellation of your booking.

3. Performance Hours

Performance hours are defined in your booking agreement. Setup and breakdown occur outside of performance hours and do not count against your entertainment time. Additional performance hours may be available at an additional cost as outlined in your agreement.

4. Equipment

We provide all necessary sound, lighting, and DJ equipment for your event as specified in your booking agreement. Backup equipment is carried to every event. Clients are responsible for providing adequate electrical power and a suitable setup location as discussed during consultation.

5. Venue Requirements

We require a dedicated, flat, dry setup area with access to standard electrical outlets. Setup location should be confirmed at least 14 days before the event. Venue access for setup should be available at least 60 minutes before the performance start time.

6. Liability

Enphinity Music Group is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, venue issues, or other force majeure events. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services.

7. Music and Content

We maintain a comprehensive music library. Specific song requests should be submitted through our planning tools after booking. We reserve the right to decline to play content that may be inappropriate for the venue or audience.

8. Backup DJ

In the unlikely event that the assigned DJ is unable to perform due to emergency, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a qualified replacement DJ. If no replacement is available, a full refund of all payments will be provided.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
